Our Return Policy

We are happy to sort returns and refunds, within 7 days, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. Please check your final order before purchasing. A new postal charge will be added to the new item. Please contact us if you have any issues or questions you would like to discuss, we want each and every YT customer to be happy with their purchase. Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Time needed to prepare an order for dispatch can vary. For details, see individual items. For said individual items it can be 2-3 days, for multiple items 3-5 days. In busy periods items can take over 7 days to be completed and sent. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays etc.
Estimated delivery times
UK - 1-2 business days (Royal Mail First Class post)
North America: 7-10 business days (First Class standard overseas post)
Europe: 5-7 business days (First Class post)
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-14 business days (First Class standard overseas post)
Asia Pacific: 10-14 business days (First Class standard overseas post)
We will endeavour to do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
*BREXIT UPDATE
As we are a UK based company we have new regulations that have come into force after the UK left the EU. Your order (parcel) may be subject to customs & duty charges levied by your resident country upon us shipping your order overseas to you, so please bear this in mind before purchasing any products from us. We are not responsible for these charges and any queries regarding them should be directed to your national Customs Department. 
As stated, overseas buyers, are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Also, I'm not responsible for any delays due to customs issues.
