COVID-19 UPDATE

Just a little note to let you know that we're being super careful in the Young Ted house/office when it comes to all things Coronavirus. All items from our supply chain are being delivered to the correct guidelines set out by the UK governement. And all orders are being processed by a small, family team living under the same house, being directed and coerced by two cats! Any questions, please get in touch, ideally by email, as we may take a little longer to answer the phone at the moment, but please be rest assured, orders are still being processed and delivered as normal by Royal Mail. If anything changes on that front, we'll keep you posted. We REALLY appreciate your continued support of small businesses like ourselves in these difficult and challenging times!

DELIVERY

In the UK the first item is FREE (or the cheapest item if  there are multiple orders - UK ONLY), thereafter all items are charged as per shipping policy. Orders are sent out via UK first class post, or Royal Mail standard overseas post.

We deliver worldwide. Delivery times and options are shown in our shipping policy.

Orders can take 3-5 days to go out, more during busy periods. Delivery can take 1-3 days in UK, 3-7 days in Europe and over a week worldwide. If your order hasnt turned up a few days after these delivery guidelines then please get in touch.

SIZES

See our size guide for more information. From time to time we do use different branded garments to cover stock issues, they are more often than not the same in size but if these are different we will let the customer know on ordering.

ORDERS

I want to cancel order: Please get in touch ASAP either by phone 07557 350325 or email youngtedclothes20@gmail.com and have your order number to hand. We'll do our best to stop any orders which haven't already been dispatched!

Forgot to add Discount Code: Fear not, drop us an email quoting the discount code and we will sort for you. Providing the order is eligible we can apply the discount our end and refund the discounted amount straight back via your original payment method.

Which payment methods do you accept? PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, American Express (if you checkout through PayPal; no PayPal account needed). All transactions are processed in £GBP.

Do I need an account? You don't need an account with us, however, this does allow you to see a record of your order history! Set up is super easy! Alternatively, you can check out as a guest, however we do suggest leaving us your email address under the ‘Contact Information' section on the checkout page so that we can get in touch should we need to.

Something from my order is missing/faulty/incorrect – what do I do? If you're unlucky enough to receive a faulty or incorrect item or you're missing something from your order, then we apologise profusely. Please give us a call on 07557 350325, or send us an email at youngtedclothes20@gmail.com and we will fix it for you, pronto and with the minimum of fuss... we promise!

How do I return a gift I didn't buy? Just get in touch in the usual way, let us know the original order number, and we will set the balls in motion! Make sure you let us know your new delivery address and we'll ship your exchange directly to you. Any refunds will be applied to the original purchaser. 

Distance selling regulations: Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Young Ted Clothing for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

ITEMS

Colour of items are respresented as closely as possible in product shots and social media posts. If you don't see something in stock, please get in touch and we can advise. Also if you have ideas of items you would like to see on the website, then don't hesitate to get in touch and let us know, we'd love to hear from you and help you out!
